subway station bus terminal airport access
the hotel is directly above a subway station. this made getting around simple. the limousine bus terminal was close. it was convenient to head to the airport from there.
the gym required payment for use.

amazing location easy transportation
the hotel's location is amazing. i came from haneda via bus directly to tcat. tcat connects directly to the hotel. the suitengumae subway station is also right under the hotel. it could not be easier to get around.
the gym required additional payment to access. this was not ideal. i would have preferred complimentary access to all facilities.

the staff was very kind? and earnestly tried to help? even though they struggled a bit with english communication. the hotel staff was always polite. i am thankful for the excellent service they provided.

I always choose this place when i visit for business and personal trips. the location is super convenient. It connects directly to the airport bus terminal and a subway line (this is great for getting around). the area feels safe, quiet, and clean. breakfast provides a high-quality start to my day.
the staff misled me about extending checkout on the day of my departure. i would have paid for a late checkout upon check-in had i known it was necessary.
